          Complete management and coordination of all pre, active & post cx related activities in the installation of Sprints SNV Macro & DAS cell sites in the SFL region

 

·      Pre Cx: Bid walks with GC’s and Landlords for onsite build plans. Verify and redline all CD’s as necessary. Create/review/approve service scopes & efr’s to ensure vendor PO issuance. Verify building permits, COI’s, FAA permits, Street Closure permits. Obtain CSMS & CMC tickets for cx as needed. Equipment call off to local Market and delivery/pickup scheduling to sites and SP's as needed.

·      Active Cx: Responsible for securing NTP's from tower owners such as Crown Castle, ATC, SBA etc and coordinating all site access, managing the logistics of getting all equipment, personnel, cranes etc on and off site. Monitoring site activity and communicating with NIC via  whiteboard. Resolve any and all issues which arises throughout the build.

·      Post Cx: Conduct Punch walks to identify & correct defects & deviations from approved plans. Confirm connectivity to backhaul and clear site of all alarms. Rectify landlord issues. Make final redlines as necessary to close permits. Review & Approve all closeout,cop,ccsa & cam documents. Ensure all milestones are met, actualized and site is ready for customer handoff.

·      ATT/Ericsson LTE RRU 11 Replacement project.

·      Ensured quality audit checks were done before handing the site over to the carrier. Performed all fiber sweep and Coax sweep tests. Completed and managed all paperwork and performed Site Handler uploads.

West Point Military Academy DAS installation project.

· This was a major project covering the complete installation and integration of multiple (DAS) distributed antenna systems throughout all the barracks on the compound at West Point US Military Academy, NY.

· This incorporated DAS design analysis, full installation of all equipment with very involved sweep testing and data collecting at each junction point. System Integration, signal mapping and optimizations based on the results of the mapping

·      Perform installation programming of the Ericsson UMTS 3106/3206 series equipment components. Script manipulation and uploading for performance and operations to include co-sighting configurations.

·      Troubleshooting performance degrading issues with PCO group, NIC, LNRC, and MSN to complete site integrations with ATM/IP connectivity.

Assistant Operations Manager UMTS Remote Unit and 850-1900 Overlay,   (2/2009 – 7/2009)

Nokia Flexi Node B Installation,

·      Installation of Ericsson 850 UMTS overlay with Siemens 850 GSM to pass Anritsu testing and sweep performance measurement.

Perform installation programming of the Argus power bays and shelter wiring of all required functional equipment to include true position GPS, Diplexers, RXAIT’s for site sharing, as well as PDU’s powering Bias-T’s as per AT&T site tech specifications. Accurate alignment with use of Tangent electrical antenna programming.

·      Multiple carrier battery removal and Andrews’s battery construction and installation. Power installation from Argus power bay to MCPA rack units. Troubleshooting of all systems to insure optimal performance and operation.

·      Troubleshooting Nokia UMTS and Ericsson RBS equipment, 2101, 2102; 2106 and UMTS per T-mobile, Florida.

·      Intricate Ericsson OMT use and antenna RFS functions to ensure best operational system quality.

·      Mechanical and electrical assembly of Nokia Ultrasite equipment and all intricate components required.
